The Wide Angle Project is an ongoing filmmaking lab designed to boost diversity and inclusion in the production industry, maximize professional opportunities for participants, and create connections between production professionals from all backgrounds.  Launched by Indie Grants with the South Carolina Film Commission and Trident Technical College, Wide Angle is the only one of its kind — a state-supported program to assist underrepresented filmmakers through practical training, education and mentorship, while also building a bridge through film between all viewpoints.
