JOYCE M. GILLIARD is currently the Department Head of Hairstylists for the TV series “Cipher”. She is a member of the Television Academy; National Beauty Culturists League; a Journeyman Hairstylist in IATSE as well as a member of Local 798 Makeup And Hairstylist Union. Joyce is the Founder of the Nonprofit I.S.A.F.E! TV & Film, LLC, which stands for Industry Safety Awareness For Everyone. Her organization promotes safety awareness through visibility, education and accountability while working on TV and film. Joyce was the recipient of the “Behind the Scenes” Award at the 2019 Beaufort international Film Festival.
BRAD JAYNE is one of the Southeast’s leading commercial directors, producers, and independent filmmakers. His credits include the award winning Independent Feature Warrior Road, the short films Sad Steve, Blood Spook and Whistler’s Mother. In addition, Brad works with programs that support the media arts in the Southeast and the world. This includes the South Carolina Film Commission’s Indie Grants and the Young Filmmakers Project.
He is currently developing his feature film The Purpose of Winter.
